Our unique strategy requires an aggressive development of more advertising opportunities at more malls. To cater for segments of the market, like FMCG, we have to provide them with all the malls they require for their marketing needs. We use their feedback to grow our mall offering. At the same time, we are realistic. We do not develop advertising products within specific malls that have low advertising demand. We are upfront and honest about this.
We are able to evaluate your centre and assess what revenue generation opportunities are available. These may include internal and external options such as billboards, pave and pole ads.
From there, our team will market all the advertising spaces to generate the non-GLA income and to gather all relevant data about visitors to the mall.
